What's your refund policy?

We do offer refunds on any orders with defective packaging or damaged good.

If you've ordered and e-transferred us, you have until we ship your order to request a refund. For example, if we have a back log of orders and you would not like to wait, you can cancel your order before it ships.

All orders that ship out are final sale with the exception of defective packaging/damaged goods.

How long will shipping take?

We ship using discreet packaging and typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Typical shipping times are between 1-5 business days depending on your location.
